Fallon brings confidence and creativity while working in and out of the floral studio designing arrangements. Giving love, light, & life to every design created, Fallon specializes in making every moment an unforgettable memory. The Florist & The Flower is a dream come true for Fallon. She has dreamed of owning a flower studio and now her dream has become her reality. Fallon has taken the leap and so The Florist & The Flower was birthed. Flowers communicate on so many levels through their bright colors, textures, and at times their smells. They express love, friendship, appreciation, condolences, humility, happiness, celebrations, weddings, and well wishes. All arrangements are thoughtfully handpicked by Fallon and arranged with you in mind. Don't think of Fallon as a Florist think of her as a FRIEND!!!!!

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Chicago?
We do not offer same-day delivery, but we do offer next-day delivery.
How much does flower delivery cost in Chicago?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at thefloristntheflower.com or by phone at (312) 934-9734 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 11:00 AM-5:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM-1:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Chicago?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Chicago. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
